Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy

Goods remain the property of ilove-animals until payment in full has been received.
Errors or shortages must be notified within 48 hours.
Guarantees on goods will be that of individual manufacturers.

Payments:

Payment of orders by UK cheque, Postal Order, Credit or Debit card (Nochex, Google or Paypal) is acceptable at all times.

Returns and Refunds:

If an order is cancelled up to the time of its despatch, a full refund will be given.
Unwanted items can be returned within 7 days after delivery and will be refunded as long as they are unused, undamaged, re-saleable and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged items will be refunded or replaced only if you notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt of item. Photograpic proof of damage will need to be provided when notifying us in email of the damage.
Faulty items will be refunded or replaced if returned within within 14 days of delivery in suitable packaging to prevent further damage.
ilove-animals will not be responsible for postage costs of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Goods can only be returned once authorisation has been given by ilove-animals.

Shipping costs:

Postage & packaging costs in UK are set to the standard cost of only £2.99.
Orders weighing up to 2kg are sent 1st class royal mail. Packages above that weight are sent by courier.
Postage & packaging costs outside UK are charged according to weight.
